I can't open a tab

If you see an error message when trying to open a tab at a participating location, there may be a problem at the venue preventing their POS system from communicating with our server. Please let your server or bartender know!

A manager can usually resolve any issue quickly, and they can contact our Support team for further assistance if necessary.
