I am attempting to close a ticket manually, but the customer's card is declined

We can help! Shoot an email to support@tabbedout.com, and include the following information:

  • The customer's name (if you have it)
  • The 5-character tab code on the ticket name
  • The amount due

Within 24 hours, TabbedOut Support will contact the customer and have them settle the bill with a different card.
