My customer is seeing an error when trying to open a tab (or my venue does not appear in the app)

If your guests are not able to open tabs or your venue does not appear in the app, make sure the TabbedOut service is started. If it is, restart the service.

On your MICROS 3700 server:

1) Press the Windows Start button.
2) Enter the command 'services.msc' (no quotes) and press Enter. A list of all background services in Windows will appear.
3) Scroll down to the TabbedOut service and click once to highlight it.
4) Press Start in the upper left. If Start is not an option, select Restart instead.
