My customer is seeing an error when trying to open a tab (or my venue does not appear in the app)

If your guests are not able to open tabs or if your venue does not appear in TabbedOut, it might be necessary to ensure that TabbedOut and  your interface terminal are properly started on the BOH.

On the Aloha BOH:

1) Press CTRL + ALT + DEL and select Task Manager (alternately, right-click the Windows taskbar and select “Start Task Manager”)
2) Go to the processes tab. You will see a list of all processes running in Windows.
3) Scroll down and click iber.exe to highlight it, then press End Process. Select Yes.
4) Repeat the above step for tabbedout.exe
5) Finally, launch TabbedOut from the Windows Start menu.
