I did not receive a receipt

If you did not receive a receipt, your tab may have been closed manually by the merchant rather than by you through the TabbedOut app. Servers and bartenders will close TabbedOut tabs in this manner when a guest has left the venue but has not closed out using the app.

Due to specific limitations of most POS systems, TabbedOut is not able to see accurate receipt details after a tab has been closed in this manner, so it can't send an accurate receipt.
