My customer left without paying his tab

Not a problem! You can still close out the ticket manually.

  1. Select the ticket and press Pay.
  2. You will see a credit card on file with a $1 charge. Change the $1 to the total amount due on the ticket.
  3. Enter tip per your location's policy and press Finalize.
  4. The payment and tip will be listed on your Personal Page when you close out for the night.
