My customer is seeing an error when trying to open a tab (or my venue does not appear in the app)

If your guests can't open TabbedOut tabs or your venue does not appear in TabbedOut, it is possible that TabbedOut is not running on the FOCUS machine.

All you need to do is launch the TabbedOut shortcut on the desktop (or Windows Start menu) of your FOCUS machine. Also, make sure that FOCUS.EXE is running on your FOCUS machine.
