My customer is seeing an error when trying to open a tab

If your guests are not able to open tabs, it may be necessary to restart the Headless POS process on your Backoffice machine:

  1. Hit Ctrl+alt+delete, select task manager.

  2. Under the processes tab find POS.EXE.

  3. Click on POS.EXE once to highlight it, then click "End Process." Select "Yes" when prompted. Note: If there are multiple instances of POS.EXE running, do this only for the instance running under the "SYSTEM" user.

  4. Find the DDstart.exe either on the Windows desktop or your start menu (Start -> All Programs -> Startup).
