I don't see my customer's tab on the POS

TabbedOut tabs expire after a set period of time (between 45 minutes and 2 hours) and are automatically deleted. If your customer has a tab open but you do not see it on the POS, it is possible that the tab code has simply expired.

First, have your customer refresh the tab on the phone -- an error message should appear stating that the tab is no longer available. After that, all the customer has to do is open a fresh, new tab for you.
