If a customer is having any kind of trouble with TabbedOut rewards, we can help! Please direct your customer to "email support" from the About menu in TabbedOut and let us know what happened. If they prefer, they can simply shoot an email over to firstname.lastname@example.org.
A member of our Support team will investigate the issue and follow up directly with the customer within 24 hours.
If a technical issue or miscommunication causes your customer to miss out on rewards on the tab they have open with you, we will be sure to make it right.
